Welcome to White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using whitelemonhomecleaning.com (the "Site") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site or Services.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and subscribers of the Site.
1. Services Provided
White Lemon Home Cleaning provides residential cleaning and home care services, including cleaning for managed properties and rental units, such as routine cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and related home cleaning services.
Services are limited to the agreed scope at the time of booking, and additional work requires prior approval.
Additional services or add-ons must be approved prior to service. Work performed outside of the agreed scope without prior approval is not included and may not be completed.
If the condition of the home differs significantly from what was described at booking, additional time or charges may apply with client approval.
Services are limited to accessible areas and do not include moving heavy furniture or items.
2. Eligibility & Geographic Scope
You must be at least 18 years old to access or use the Site or Services.
The Site and Services are intended for customers located in the United States. We do not actively market or offer Services to residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom. Any engagement with individuals outside the United States is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional terms, disclosures, or legal requirements.
3. Account Registration & User Responsibilities
If you create an account or subscribe to Services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You agree not to use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
4. Subscriptions, Billing & Payments
Fees and service pricing are disclosed at checkout or in a written agreement.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel at any time through your account portal or as otherwise instructed.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund prior charges, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or a written agreement.
A deposit may be required to reserve appointments for residential clients and will be applied toward the total service cost.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as QuickBooks. We do not store payment card information.
Property management and commercial clients are governed by separate agreements or work orders, which may supersede these Terms where applicable.
5. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes.
Because your appointment time is reserved specifically for your home, the following fees apply:
• Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice: $50 cancellation fee
• Same-day cancellations: up to 50% of the scheduled service price
• Failure to provide access to the home at arrival time (lockout): full service charge
Cancellation fees are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request. We understand emergencies, illness, and severe weather can occur. At our discretion, we may waive fees in these situations.
Cancellation and access fees outlined above apply to residential clients. Property management and commercial clients are subject to separate scheduling and work order terms.
6. Refund Policy & Satisfaction Guarantee
White Lemon Home Cleaning may offer a satisfaction guarantee and re-clean policy for specific services, subject to the terms disclosed on our Site or in a written agreement.
Refunds:
Apply only to the specific services expressly covered by the Satisfaction & Refund Policy
Are contingent on agreed-upon services
Refunds do not apply to:
Entire service months
Past billing periods
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to hello@whitelemonhomecleaning.com
For property management or commercial clients, satisfaction concerns are addressed through re-cleaning of reported areas. Refunds are not typically issued for completed services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For property management clients, warranty is limited to re-cleaning of reported areas and does not extend to normal wear, tenant use, or conditions arising after service completion.
7. No Guarantee of Restoration
While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, results may vary depending on factors such as surface condition, age, staining, prior damage, and buildup.
Cleaning services do not guarantee restoration of surfaces or removal of permanent stains, discoloration, or damage.
8. Home Access & Entry
Clients are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time. If entry cannot be gained or access instructions are incorrect, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and subject to applicable fees or loss of deposit.
9. Pets & Safety
For safety, clients must secure aggressive or unsafe animals prior to service. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions present a safety risk.
10. Property Condition Disclosure
Clients agree to disclose conditions that may affect service, including excessive buildup, biohazards, pest infestations, mold, or unsafe conditions. Additional charges may apply, service may be declined, or the scope may require revised approval prior to continuation of service.
11. Damage or Breakage
We exercise care while cleaning your home. In the rare event of accidental damage, the incident must be reported in writing within 24 hours of service to hello@whitelemonhomecleaning.com. We are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, normal wear, improper installation, or fragile items not disclosed in advance.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing:
All methodologies, frameworks, processes, and pre-existing materials remain the intellectual property of White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly display any materials provided without prior written consent.
13. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of the Site and Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information, including through cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies. By using the Site or Services, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Third-Party Services & Links
The Site or Services may include links to or integrations with third-party tools, platforms, or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties, and your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of use, loss of income, or delays related to service timing.
17. Service Conditions and Pre-Existing Damage
Cleaning results may vary depending on the condition of the property, level of buildup, materials present, and prior maintenance of surfaces. While White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC makes every effort to provide high-quality cleaning services, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, buildup, discoloration, or damage that existed prior to the cleaning.
Customers are responsible for informing us of any fragile, delicate, damaged, or valuable items within the home prior to service. White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, pre-existing conditions, improper installation, or items that are unstable or improperly secured.
Estimates provided prior to service are based on the information supplied by the customer regarding the size, condition, and scope of the cleaning. If the actual condition or requirements of the property differ materially from what was originally described, the final service price may be adjusted accordingly.
By booking or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to these service conditions.
18. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse, decline, or discontinue services at any time if conditions within the property are determined to be unsafe, hazardous, unsanitary beyond the scope of standard residential cleaning, or otherwise inappropriate for our services.
This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving biohazards, excessive clutter that prevents safe access, pest infestations, aggressive animals, unsafe working conditions, or any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of our personnel.
If service must be refused or terminated due to such conditions, the customer may remain responsible for any applicable service fees, deposits, or cancellation charges as outlined in these Terms.
White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC also reserves the right to decline future service requests at our discretion if previous service conditions were deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
19. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Lemon Home Cleaning and its officers, directors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or Services or violation of these Terms.
20. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to our business or encourages liability.
21. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
