Satisfaction & Refund Policy

White Lemon Home Cleaning LLC provides professional residential cleaning and home care services, including cleaning for managed properties and rental units, throughout Colorado Springs and surrounding communities.
Your trust matters. If you are not completely satisfied with your cleaning service, we are committed to making it right. Please review this policy before scheduling service.
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are completely unsatisfied with your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of your service.
We will:
✔ Return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge, or
✔ Issue a partial or full refund if the service cannot be corrected
Our goal is to ensure your home meets the standards you expected.
For property management or commercial clients, satisfaction concerns are addressed through re-cleaning of reported areas. Refunds are not typically issued unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Re-Clean Policy
To qualify for a complimentary re-clean:
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of service
Areas of concern must be clearly described
Re-cleans address missed or unsatisfactory items only
Re-cleans are typically scheduled within 1–3 business days (or within 7 calendar days for property management or commercial clients), depending on availability.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued when:
The client is completely unsatisfied and a re-clean is declined or not feasible
Service quality did not meet the agreed scope or standard of service
Service could not be completed due to error on our part
Refunds are determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be issued for:
Conditions not disclosed prior to service (excessive buildup, biohazards, pest infestations, etc.)
Normal wear, permanent staining, or damage beyond cleaning
Items not included in the agreed or approved service scope
Concerns reported after the 24-hour window
Dissatisfaction due to personal preference without prior instruction
5. Service Scope & Expectations
Our services are designed to clean, sanitize, and maintain a healthy home environment. While deep cleaning removes buildup and disinfects targeted areas, cleaning services do not guarantee restoration of surfaces damaged by age, staining, or neglect.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Because each appointment time is reserved specifically for your home, late changes can impact scheduling availability and prevent that time from being offered to another client.
A $100 deposit is required to reserve appointments for residential clients and is applied toward the total cost of your cleaning service.
The following policy applies:
• 24+ hours notice: Your $100 deposit may be applied to a future appointment.
• Less than 24 hours notice: The $100 deposit is forfeited.
• Same-day cancellations or inability to access the home at the scheduled arrival time: The $100 deposit is forfeited.
Clients may cancel or reschedule their appointment by:
• Replying to their booking confirmation email
• Texting or calling 719-257-3360
• Using the cancellation or reschedule link provided in their booking confirmation
If an unexpected situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate reasonable requests whenever scheduling allows.
Property management and commercial clients are not subject to deposit requirements and are billed per approved work order or agreement.
7. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute.
We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.
